I do regular slots on the kitchen cafe BBC radio Scotland’s food programme, but I also make presentations on food in history and culture, as well as on nutrition. I have provided after dinner speeches and presentations.

I have just been host for the Food on Film festival in Kingussie  and have presented at the Edinburgh Science festival and various book festivals I provide blogs and food information on various websites.
