As the author of numerous cookbooks, I have a wealth of experience in styling dishes and ingredients to accentuate their aesthetic qualities. Moreover, to streamline the process, I can also create and prepare any recipes you require, using my skills as a trained, Michelin-starred chef.
Designing, preparing and styling superlative foodstuffs is just the start, however. Capturing the full gastronomic appeal of first-class food and drink in digital form requires the skills of a food photography expert, so I consider myself extremely fortunate that my talented wife, Caroline, is an award-winning food photographer.
