As the author of numerous cookbooks, I have a wealth of experience in styling dishes and ingredients to accentuate their aesthetic qualities. Moreover, to streamline the process, I can also create and prepare any recipes you require, using my skills as a trained, Michelin-starred chef.

Designing, preparing and styling superlative foodstuffs is just the start, however. Capturing the full gastronomic appeal of first-class food and drink in digital form requires the skills of a food photography expert, so I consider myself extremely fortunate that my talented wife, Caroline, is an award-winning food photographer.

Once I have worked my food styling magic, Caroline then captures the results as stunning images, ensuring that your menus and promotional materials stand out from the crowd.

Inspired food photography can convey the warmth of the steam rising from a perfect plum pudding, capture the crackle of a sumptuous pork roast or fill the air with the aroma of a fragrant Thai green curry.

Caroline has a range of innovative food ‘props’ to ensure our styling and photography do your food justice, and we are happy to work either at your business premises or here in our fully equipped professional kitchen and studio.

Being in the same ‘bubble’ during the pandemic has allowed us to continue to offer our customary high levels of professional food design, preparation, styling and photography, all the while ensuring that we observe the rules in place at any given time. And we will continue to do so – whatever the future may hold.
