CPD – Continuous Professional Development and Consulting

I work with a variety of people to help develop teams. I have a purpose created space in Falkland estate where I have 4 cooking hobs. We can create a relaxed non competitive environment where teams watch a cooking demonstration and then cook together. The OUTPUTS are team cohesion, through professional development. Creating a relaxed working environment increases productivity.

I can provide other activities for larger groups. Falkland estate is a perfect environment for developing people or simply an incentive day for your team, or office.

My EXPERIENCE , includes skills in training and teaching with a Stonebow training qualification, and I have been a Natural cooking of Scotland trainer. I have achieved the Investors In People industry standard  and am a “Welcome Host” I am continuously developing my own skills and recently completed an evening degree  gaining MA from St Andrews university. As a result I bring fresh perspectives and ideas to everything I do.

Previous work

I worked on the island of Barra helping the residents to make best use of their amazing fish and shellfish and worked with restaurants and hotel to help develop menus and best practice to achieve guide entries and improve visitor experience

Worked with the National Trust for Scotland, helping develop their kitchen teams across Scotland.

I have worked with several SME’s to help develop better office relationships and recently I have worked with large Edinburgh based companies on incentive days helping their teams develop closer working relationships.
